Credits, cancellation & refunds

Purchases are not yet open. The following describes our planned credit and cancellation policy; the applicable terms will be shown before checkout.

Subscription plans renew monthly until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not automatically refund the current billing period, except where required by law. One-time credit packs are separate purchases, not subscriptions.

Credits are used for video rendering, are not cash, and are not transferable. The credit charge depends on the selected duration and output. A new customer-requested variation is a separate render with its own displayed charge.

When a service or provider failure prevents delivery of usable output, the charged render credits should be restored. Internal recovery attempts do not add a customer charge. Confirmed duplicate billing errors will be corrected. Ordinary AI variation does not automatically qualify as a billing failure; contact support about material defects.

Contact support for refund or cancellation questions. Any legally required refund or cancellation rights take precedence.
